Ltd., a Leading Web Development & Digital Marketing Company in India. He has expertise in development of softwares besides hands on experience in scheduling using Primavera Platform.

A Mechanical Engg graduate from IIT-Kanpur, Mr. Agarwal has over 40 years of experience in Aerospace sector in Design & Development. He has held the positions of Director (D&D) & Director (Fin), a Board level post in HAL, and headed 8 major R&D Centres and manufacturing/ROH divisions. He has extensive experience in Negotiations of large value Contracts/Projects, setting up infrastructure & facilities, License agreements for ToT, preparing Project Reports, setting up of JV’s including preparing SHA, AoA, MoA, various registrations.

An Industrial Engg graduate from IIT-Roorkee, Mr. Das has over three decades experience of Thermal and Infrastructure sector. He has handled Power projects from concept to commissioning. At Essca Consulting, he gives advice on value engineering, strategic planning and delay analysis, project monitoring and claims management.

Mr. Jain is a Civil Engineering graduate from NIT Bhopal with over 39 years of experience in Hydro and Infrastructure Sector and has handled Contracts of all sorts. Starting with Salal Hydro Project – 690 MW India, he has handled number of projects including Pakal Dul Hydro Project 1000 MW & Kiru Hydro Project 624 MW India and many more at senior level at NHPC, Chenab Valley Power Projects in J&K, Lanco Infrastructures and Kalpan Hydro.

Mr. Ahmed has over 35 years of experience in the field of geological exploration in mining and power sector. His ability of identifying sub ground conditions just by visual inspection has been recognised as one of the excepttional qualities in the sector. In Essca team, he advises on project delays due to geological surprises and extra claims as a result of geological changes.

Mr. Dipankar has vast experience in contract management and administration in various sectors ranging from thermal to hydro power and infrastructure sectors. He has exposure of both private and government sector and has attained expertise in award of contracts, claims management, variations, FIDIC contracts and many more. He is a graduate in Civil Engg. from IIT-Kharagpur.

With more than 9 years of experience, Mr. K. Janahan is a graduate in Quantity Surveying. He is a Member of Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (RICS) and Member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (MAIQS). He has vast exposure of working in various countries and is well versed with both pre and post contract quantity surveying practice, FIDIC & ICTAD Conditions of Contracts and various standard method of measurement such as POMI, NRM, CESMM4 and SLS573.

Mr. S Unnikrishnan is an experienced scheduler having proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Planner. His ability to understand the scope and visualize the chronology of work execution and then converting it to a well organised schedule has been his key qualities. He has worked in private and public sector both at field level as well as in office and thus has vast project experience.
