What We Do

Our Contract Management and Administration Services include:

  1. Study and analyze commercial conditions and highlighting matters of commercial/ contractual significance requiring clarification.
  2. To undertake risk analysis, highlight clauses which pose high risk and propose appropriate changes for owner’s consideration.
  3. Prepare pre-bid queries and attend pre-bid meeting(s) on behalf of the client.
  4. To prepare bid for the client or to carry out audit of the bid for its completeness.
  5. To draft bid documents for the client (tender conditions, schedule, bill of quantities etc.).
  6. Strategic advice and support.
  1. Verify the LOA and final contract documents prior to signature.
  2. Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document (CAD) – Entire review of Contract and formulation of the most salient clauses of the Contract to help the client keep a check on the time bound contractual obligations of both Contractor and Employer.
  3. Review of contract documents and identify risks and opportunities.
  4. Review contentious matters and drafting contractual correspondence and replies within specified time for any contractual issue which might have impact on cost, project schedule and performance of the Contract.
  5. Provide assistance to Project team by doing detailed examination of ambiguities or conflicts arising out of contract during execution of the project.
  6. To defend client’s interests against any undue claims.
  7. Conduct ‘Contract Co-ordination Meetings’ and liaise to assess progress and issues arising during project execution.
  8. To ensure that the client is suitably reimbursed by the Client for any extra scope of work executed by the client on the instructions of owner.
  9. Review of potential issues during execution stage of the project, as they arise, with respect to changes, variations, extra items, claims, cost compensation, disputes related to main contract or sub-contract.
