Essca Consulting can be involved throughout the entire process or at certain key stages only, as much or as little as you wish. For example, you may retain us only for preparation of risk analysis or bill of Quantities or only the cost estimate. Whatever stage you choose to engage us, you will get our fully professional and dedicated services.
This mode of arrangement is beneficial for those who do not have a fully equipped and dedicated tendering department or for those who want to diversify and intend to submit bid for entirely new sector.We can help out in such cases from bid estimation to bid completion and if retained for long term, can also follow up all new tenders and prepare bid on the behalf of the client.
This mode of engagement is beneficial for those who have there in-house tendering department but want to seek consultant advice for review and improve the bid. We can also provide support services by providing supplementary resources and logistics.
