Essca Consulting is looking for consultants/freelancers/retired personnel/self employed Qualified and experienced professionals from various PSUs/Government/Private Organizations who have expertise in the areas of project management, construction claims, dispute resolution, engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, estimating and cost control, construction planning and scheduling, and/or delay analysis for their empanelment with us as ‘Consultant’ in various consultancy projects, in India and abroad, on long term as well as short term basis and project based association.

Any Graduate preferably Engineering/Legal/MBA background, experienced in dealing entire lifecycle of contract management in construction/engineering industry. Persons having worked in contract section with hands on experience in tender preperation, drafting of tender conditions, bid invitation, evaluation, signing of contract agreements, dealing contractor claims and issues arising out of contract execution upto contract closure in private sector, construction companies or government sector/PSUs will be preferred.
Any graduate preferably having engineering/construction background with experience in construction / engineering industry. Should have proficiency in planning and scheduling using Primavera (latest version – P6) and Microsoft Project, generating baseline schedules including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource loading, monthly progress updates and generate reports.
Any Graduate preferably Engineering/Legal background, experienced in dealing entire lifecycle of contract management in construction/engineering industry. Persons having worked in contract section with hands on experience in dealing contractor claims and issues like time extension claims, contract changes and other issues arising out of contract execution upto contract closure, in private sector, construction companies or government sector/PSUs will be preferred. The experience of preparing replies to claims/rebuttals, re-joinders, sur-rejoinders, claim analysis and valuation, presentation and defence and expert support during dispute resolution will be an added requirement.
